Celebs just wanna have fun

Celebs just wanna have fun

Being dramatic actors and actresses is not an easy job. Channeling characters and emotions not their own can be draining. Maybe that’s why whenever they have a chance, they try to poke fun at either their co-stars or their own selves. Most times though, they make themselves the subject of their own jokes, or in this age of social media, the subject of their own funny videos.

Take the cases of these versatile thespians who found time--and some even went the extra mile--to not just make fun of themselves but to put smiles  on other people’s faces.

Eversince John Arcilla discovered the mobile app Tiktok—said to be the new Dubsmash—he became so hooked to it that not a day passes without him posting a video of him using an endless variety of funny Tiktok video concepts.

We chose two “hugot” John Arcilla Tiktok samples that can possibly get even the vitriolic General Luna laughing.

Those who know Edu Manzano well know that off-cam, he can be really hilarious. In the particular IG video post below—which he captioned: “Isang normal na araw sa taping ng ANG PROBINSIYANO!!”—Edu enjoined the behind-the-camera staff of the long-running TV show FPJ's Ang Probinsyano to take part in this “not-to-be-taken-seriously” scene.

In this IG video post by @jennylynactivity (a fanfage dedicated to actress Jennylyn Mercado), Jennylyn or Jen is seen riding on with the cajole of her friends to do a “sophisticated version” of pilates.
